Our executives have been a part of small and large campaigns with respected brands/companies such as Warner Bros., SLAM, Fox Searchlight, PlayStation, Hendrick Motors, Anthony Robbins, The Wound Institute, Smith Nephew, Brand Jordan, Bausch & Lomb, Nestle and more. Additionally, they have also developed successful promotional campaigns for movies such as Hustle n' Flow, Constantine, Roll Bounce, Napoleon Dynamite, Garden State, Girl Next Door and more.

What we do to get the job done!

The iiDG process is simple…the primary focus is to protect the brand, then protect the brand again.

This is done most effectively by a process we call: 5 Phases of Growth.

Phase 1: R & D
Phase 2: Strategic Planning
Phase 3: Deployment
Phase 4: Analytical Review & Assessment
Phase 5: Refine & Re-deploy

This process is a continuous cycle for each component of your project for the life of the project. Our objectives are to improve all aspects of your campaigns to produce greater results with each deployment of a new phase.

Phase 1: Research & development

The first step in our process is to uncover what you have done and what you have not as well as what has worked and what has not.

To ensure that you do not lose traction on what has worked we will continue with the positive efforts that you have achieved and any initiatives that have not worked we will review to see where efforts can be increased.

Our focus would be to review the current situation of the company and provide a clear cut strategy to meet or exceed the objectives sought.

Phase 2: Strategic planning

In order to effectively reach your goals and objectives we must have a plan that can be deployed seamlessly and completely.

To achieve this we must ensure that we are delivering your message to the masses as we increase visibility of your brand in the process. This would be done through an integrated strategic plan using multiple platforms and tactics to reach these results.

Phase 3: Deployment

The objective is to make the campaigns grow. This approach allows us to take inventory on growth or the lack of growth and slow or increase the campaigns based on the immediate results we are able to see with each phase of deployment.

We would roll out the campaign in multiple phases in a way that compliments the previous phase. Our purpose for this type of deployment is to make adjustments to any individual portion of any part of the campaigns while the campaigns are running or before we roll out a new phase of the strategy.

Doing this we ensure that losses are to a minimum and gains are increased because we are actively monitoring analytical data the moment the campaigns are launched.

Phase 4: Analytical review & assessment

Before each deployment of a campaign we will develop a baseline report to measure gains or losses.

After each deployment of a campaign we will monitor the analytical data and compare gains with the baseline report to measure the success or failure of the campaign. This information allows us to adjust the campaigns where needed to produce better results.

Once we have assessed the campaigns and made our adjustments, we will prepare to roll the campaign out again.

Phase 5: Refine & Re-Deploy

The final phase is for us to refine the campaign in an effort to produce better results. After reviewing the analytics, we will have a better understanding of what knobs to turn to increase results.

After making our final adjustments to the campaign, we will re-deploy and begin the process over from phase 1.
